WE WANT TO BECOME THE PREFERRED CONVEYOR SUB-INTEGRATOR FOR SYSTEM INTEGRATORS FOCUSED ON BEVERAGE, MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION.
We do this by providing great service, delivering consistent results, and always being upfront and transparent.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Assist with defining and managing scope of work including customer sign off and change orders.
- Create schedule and update on a regular basis.
- Set budget’s at time of PO and then manage to those budgets
- Manage vendor contracts.
APPLICATION ENGINEERING
- Design the conveyor system concept while offering some recommendations to improve.
- Layout work including concept, detail design, installation drawings, final as built drawings and Bill of Material (BOM).
- Functional Description of Operation (DOO) which will describe the system design requirements, customer goals, hardware, electrical devices, and motion control of the conveyor system.
- Develop Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) for sub-contractors and other supplemental equipment vendors.
CONTROLS AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
- Assist to design the controls platform for the conveyor system. Experience with Ethernet I/P, DeviceNet, ProfiNet, ASi.
- Layout work including electrical device layout, wireway paths, conduit paths, network paths, etc.
- Manage controls house and electrical contractors.
- Develop Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) for sub-contractors and other supplemental equipment vendors.
